Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Service Export Saathi (“Saathi”), provided by IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Office No. 311-315, Ananta Stallion, Gotri Sevasi Road, Vadodara 391101, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Saathi you agree to them. If you use Saathi for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
1. What Saathi does
Saathi helps you prepare export documentation, such as invoices and the Export Declaration Form, in the format commonly required, using information you enter or upload. It does not prepare, certify, sign or file anything on your behalf.
2. Important disclaimer
Documents generated by Saathi are drafts. They are not legal documents by themselves, and nothing in Saathi is legal, tax, foreign-exchange or banking advice.
You must verify every detail — names, addresses, amounts, currencies, dates, invoice numbers, SAC and purpose codes, bank details, email addresses and the format your bank or authority requires — before submitting anything to your Authorised Dealer bank or any authority. AI-suggested values must always be reviewed by you.
The requirements of your bank, the Reserve Bank of India and any other authority always take precedence. Saathi is not affiliated with the Reserve Bank of India, any bank or any government authority.
3. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details and devices secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of the information you provide and of every document you submit.
- Use Saathi only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or try to gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Upload only data you have the right to share.
5. Your data
You own the information and documents you put into Saathi. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Plans and payment
Some features need a paid plan. Prices, limits and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay and a GST tax invoice is issued by IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unless the plan description says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by law.
7. No warranty
Saathi is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, that the service or any generated document is accurate, complete, current, fit for a particular purpose, or will be accepted by any bank or authority, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any penalty, fee, delay, rejection, loss of business or loss of data arising from the use of Saathi or of documents generated with it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Saathi in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Saathi at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
10. Changes
We may update Saathi and these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Saathi after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
